A yearly family visit is always a must. It is a great place to detache from the hustle of city life. The customer service is A+. Their support for military veterans and disabled military veterans is so appreciated. Thank you all for providing a safe, enjoyable place for my family and I to run away to.

This was our first time here. We spent most of our time riding motorcycles in the area during the day and enjoying the scenery so my review will be based on just using it as a place to sleep, shower, cook and hangout at night. The place was pretty empty when we were there but as everyone has already said, place is very clean, quiet and the employees are amazing. Petting zoo was awesome. We stayed in the large shop house. The good:Car port was very nice to have since a hail storm came in. It’s a very large 3 lane car port. All beds and the sofa were comfortable. Everything in the bathroom was perfect, low water pressure but that is to be expected for a campground. Everything was very clean and organized. AC blew ice cold :)What needs some work:There is a tv in the bunk bed room, HOWEVER, there is no electrical outlet for the TV to be plugged into, so it’s basically Samsung art sitting on top of the dresser.Only one of the burners work on the stove and it’s either full power burn ur food or barely warm. There is no adjustable knob in the refrigerator and it’s on max so any fluids on the top shelf will freeze overnight.Ceiling fan in the queen bedroom would turn on but the motor screamed like a Honda Civic with no oil so it was useless.I think part of the checkout/cleaning process should be to spray for bugs around the bottom of the doors and baseboards each time someone checks out of the room. We had to kill SEVERAL huge wolf spiders in our 4 nights there around the kitchen and bedroom areas. I understand it’s a campground but having to smash palm sized spiders multiple times near where you sleep kinda messes with your mind 🤣All in all you can’t go wrong here, awesome place in the country to relax and hangout with family and friends. We will definitely be back!! 🙂

This place is nothing like I've been before. It has RV sites (full hookups), tree houses, tent sites, wood huts, an animal farm, a huge grassy area with a volleyball net, a tire swing & is very peaceful.Bathroom, shower & laundry services are available too.The staff are awesome, too. Very friendly & good natured. The Campground is not too far outta town either.

Love going to K River, have stayed in their cabins and have brought our RV there. We look forward to returning again in Fall. Super nice people and motorcycle friendly!

Absolutely wonderful campground. The grounds are beautiful and the cabins are priced perfectly. The staff bent over backwards to get us a clean cabin (we planned to tent camp, but it got down to 24degree) and then ran errands for us at a nearby town to get a broken down bike up and running again. Everyone needs to visit.

Best Campground around. I can't express enough how much my whole family enjoyed ourselves this last weekend. Bring your friends family and off road vehicles and have a hell of a time.

This campground is extremely friendly with many amenities serving all you different camping needs. There are fabulous "tree house" cabins, some on stilts over the river, tent cabins, plus Rv spaces and regular tent spots. Nice little store, showers, restrooms, petting zoo, laundry facilities, you name it this awesome little campground probably can oblige. The staff on hand every time we have visited are some of the friendliest people we have encountered in the area. I give this place 5 stars because it deserves every one of them. I highly recommend giving them a visit and find out for yourself if this isn't one of the nicer campgrounds you have visited.

Beautiful location. Nicely shaded camp sites throughout.Stayed over a week and now it's the first place that I think about when I want to get away from the Great Lakes.Staff is AMAZING! It was difficult when it was time to leave; everyone was like extended family....anxious to get back. K River is now a part of any of our travel plans. For the size of the campground and how busy it can be, then next addition that would be nice to see is larger shower & restroom facilities. Regardless, if I have to hit the showers at 4am when the campground is busy, it is well worth it!Just down the road is the local General Store with everything from fuel, groceries, camping supplies, hardware, take-out food, and a nice sized laundromat right next to it.Down the road just a little south from that is an awesome truck stop with take-out food, large liquor selection, and so much more.K River is an amazing location within a short drive to locations like Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Paris Texas, and many more. Too many amazing small towns to mention. If you've ever stayed there you know what I'm talking about! Post your review and experience!
